Thomas Rhett Finds Worthy Competition In RaeLynn & The Cadillac Three

Thomas Rhett As he prepares to release his second CD later this year, says he is happy to be competing with a group of new artists who are constantly changing the ante-- including the trio of native city music known as the Cadillac Three.



"I'm obsessed with The Cadillac Three, I'm sure everyone in Nashville is, but they are the funniest people in the world to see, for me," he says. . "Therefore, I wish the best for the kids they inspire we’ve done shows with them a lot and -. When you have someone that opens for you to like it sets the bar, makes you appreciate someone much. When someone can take the stage before and, you know, I've been there. We have opened for people and really just try to go out and kill someone. That’s just what you do ".

   At the end of the day, Thomas says that all competition is very friendly.

"It's fun to be in competition with each other and at the end of the day you are best friends and Cadillac Three have done that for me. They have definitely made me step my game a lot of nights and are super talented and do with just three people, blowing my mind. "

When it comes to women artists, Thomas says he has his eye on the former contestant Raelynn voice.

"I think its super talented Raelynn. I have written Raelynn and I and Rae have come to know, we're on the same label, and all that kind of stuff, and I've seen him play a little composer’s lots nights and stuff and I just think that girl is a superstar. I love his single 'God made Girls. "I think it's great."
